The final travel plan will be determined after receiving confirmation by e-mail from the client (or the agent on his behalf) and transferring the personal details for the purposes of closing an order – passport numbers, full names as they appear in the passport, dates of birth, passport expiration dates and place of issue. The transfers to the suppliers’ accounts abroad, all transfer fees for both parties are at the customer’s expense.
Deposit and balance payments:
A deposit which is equal to 50% of the total tour cost per person joining tour is required at the time of booking. The full or final payment is required 20 days before departure for your Tour to Vietnam, Laos, China or Cambodia.
If final payments are not received on time, Traveling 2 Asia, may cancel the reservation and invoke the cancellation fee. Should the tour have booked within 30 days to departure, full payment is required.
Except as otherwise agreed by Traveling 2 Asia, Client’s payment shall be executed by wire transfer, credit card or cash. For credit card, a bank transaction fee will be applied (normally 3.5% of the card holder). In cases where credit facilities have been agreed with the Client/ Agent, payment shall be executed by swift or telegraphic transfer to the appropriate Traveling 2 Asia bank account. Any bank charges levied by the sending bank relating to transfers to Traveling 2 Asia must be paid by the Client/ Agent.
Bank fee & currency
Bank Surcharge: A processing charge of 3.5% will be added to the total amount due when using a Credit Card. Any charges levied by the sending institution related to other methods of payments must be paid by the Client/ Agent and may include the correspondent bank’s fees as well.
Currency: We accept US dollar as quoted for the tour, reference exchange rate for your currency, please refer to the Exchange Rate Converter

Important notes for those who make the payment through bank transfer: Please include your booking code on the transfer sheet when you are making wire transfer in the bank. After you have made the wire transfer in your bank, please make a copy of the transaction receipt or stub issued by the bank, write down your booking code on the copy and send us by email. Once we have received your payment fax, we will start to secure your booking.
